The gist:The night before Timmy begins his first day of high school, he has the first of many nightmares that leave him in a pool of sweat and confusion. At school, his presence seems to spook some of his teachers as if a reputation proceeded him. He begins to realize that he is indeed following in the footsteps of his older estranged brother, who six years ago committed a violent crime on school property. As his teachers treat him with precaution, Timmy tries to be his own sweet self. But the more he is expected to be like his brother, the more like his brother he becomes. Does insanity run in the family? Is violence a gene? Are we our brothers and sisters? These are the issues that Timmy's dreams bring forth, and once he decides to meet his brother face to face, there's no turning back. |
