BROTHERLY LOVE

The gist:

When two estranged brothers agree to work out their differences and try to understand one another after a five year silence, the identical twins go one step further than just talking, they trade places, cities, and lives for one week. Played by the same actor, one brother is straight, the other is gay. The experiment turns out to be a great success until on the final day, when they're supposed to switch back, one is missing. As the parents get involved and the search for the missing party begins, prejudice amongst loved ones, against loved ones, surfaces. Even when the brother is found, and the brothers reunite from the success of their switch, the family remains torn apart with new holes to mend. As a reminder to treasure our loved ones while we still have them, the story takes place in New York City in 1993 before and after the bombing of the World Trade Center.
